All you need to do is have your mobile phone on you anytime you use your Perks card or vouchers and then simply TXT your Perks card number (found on the front of your card) and the name of the Perks retailer to 369. Just be sure to keep your receipts somewhere safe, we'll need them to confirm your eligibility if you’re the lucky winner!
